So this email is our answer.

Because Art Toy Gama is not only something You read, follow, or buy from.

1. It began with a message we couldn’t ignore

A reader told us they were planning a trip to Bilbao.

Museums. Architecture. The Guggenheim. The usual route.

Then came the line that mattered:

“Can I also visit Art Toy Gama?”

That question stayed with us because it touched something real.

What we do is not only meant to be seen on a screen.
Some things need walls.
Tables.
Shelves.

2. Because this is not just a gallery visit

Our space is in Trapagaran, just outside Bilbao.

A restored former carpentry workshop turned into a working studio-gallery.

Here, ArT Toys, paintings, fine art prints, books, magazines, and years of visual obsession live together under the same roof.

So if You come, You won’t just see finished pieces.

You’ll also see the ecosystem behind them.

The working tables.
The rhythm of the studio.
The logic behind what we show.
The emotional mess behind what eventually becomes clarity.

In other words: not just the result.
The process.

3. And that matters more than most people think

Anyone can walk into a polished space and look at objects.

But not every place tells You why those objects are there.

We will.

We’ll tell You what we have.
Why we chose it.
Why it matters.
How we work.
How this collective, formed in 2014 by artists and professionals from different countries, has built its own way of living and defending the ArT Toy Movement from Spain.

Not as a trend.
Not as decoration.
As memory.
As identity.
As visual culture with bite.

4. What people really want is not more art. It’s more truth.

A friend once visited a famous art space and later said something we never forgot:

“I saw beautiful things. But I learned nothing about the people behind them.”

That is exactly what we refuse.
